Terms and conditions
Article 1. - Definitions
"Customer" means the natural or legal person who buys a ticket (hereinafter the "Ticket") allowing him, on the one hand, to be transported between Paris and Parc Astérix, on the other hand, to visit the Parc Astérix, and the person or persons who use this Ticket
"Provider" means VISUAL, a partnership with a capital of 488,800 Euros, whose registered office is at VITRY SUR SEINE (94400), 2 avenue of the Manouchian Group, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Créteil under 424 347 516 and registered in the Register of travel operators under the number IM094110002 and holder of the Community license n ° 2008/11/0003022.
"Parc Astérix" refers to the theme park around the Universe of Asterix, located 30 kilometers north of Paris, Plailly (60), and owned by the company GREVIN ET COMPAGNIE
"Parties" means the Service Provider and the Customer. When this term is used in the singular, it means any of the Parties
"Vehicles" means the coaches belonging to the Service Provider making the journeys between Paris and the Parc Astérix.
"Passengers" means passengers of Vehicles transported between Paris and Parc Astérix site.
Article 2. - Purpose
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") are intended to define:
• the terms and conditions for the sale of the Tickets to the Customer allowing, on the one hand, to be transported between Paris and Parc Astérix, on the other hand, to visit Parc Astérix,
• the conditions of performance, by the Provider, of the services of transport of travelers for the benefit of the Customers, the conditions of the visit of the Parc Astérix.
• By express agreement, the relations of the Parties are not subject to any other contractual provisions than those mentioned herein.
Article 3. - Benefits
The services offered (hereinafter the "Services") for sale are:
- a round trip between Paris (Carrousel du Louvre coach parking) and Parc Astérix,
- an admission ticket to the Parc Astérix,
- a round trip (on the same date) between Paris (Carrousel du Louvre coach parking) and Parc Astérix, coupled with an admission ticket to the Parc Astérix,
- a round trip (on different dates) between Paris (Carrousel du Louvre coach parking) and Cité Suspendue hotels and Hôtel des Trois Hiboux.
The Services are operational according to the days and hours of operation of Parc Astérix and the foreseeable number of people interested in these Services, according to the dates and times displayed on the point of sale considered on the day of the transaction.
Article 4. - Marketing terms of the Services
The Customer may purchase the Services in different ways, namely:
- Through the website of the Provider and partner sites, (hereinafter "the Site")
- On vending machines or sales terminals of the Service Provider located in the entrance hall of the Carrousel du Louvre coach parking
- At the sales counters or sales counters of the Provider and his representatives
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this list as and when new methods of marketing the Services appear.
Article 5. - Terms of purchase specific to the Site
5.1. Technical prerequisites
To be able to use all the functionalities of the Site, the Customer must have a connection
Internet and an Internet browser accepting cookies, JAVA applets and Java script or any other technical elements that would imply future technological developments.
The order must contain all the elements necessary for its processing, the elements essential to the registration the order being indicated as such on the form.
Incomplete orders can not be processed by the Service Provider without recourse against the service provider.
5.2. Maintenance and evolution of the website
Online ordering services may be temporarily interrupted for reasons of maintenance, updating or evolution of the Site or for any other reason, including technical.
These interruptions will not give rise to any claim or indemnity for the benefit of the Customer.
In addition, the Service Provider declines all responsibility for any anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the Ticket, unless these anomalies are attributable to it. In this case, the liability of the Service Provider will be limited to the amount of the order that could not have been fully executed.
Article 6. - Conclusion of the purchase
The purchase made by the Customer becomes final only after full payment of the price and written confirmation of VISUAL or delivery of the Ticket justifying the Service purchased.
In this respect, the Customer's attention is drawn to the fact that pursuant to Article L.121-20-4, 2 ° of the French consumer code, the right of withdrawal provided for distance selling is not applicable to contracts for the sale of accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services that must be provided at a given date. or according to a specified periodicity.
Article 7. - Price - Payment - Revision
The price of the Services billed to the Customer is the price displayed on the point of sale considered at the time of making the purchase.
All prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included.
The Services are sold in cash; their payment is made instantly and, depending on the type of point of sale, in cash, by check accompanied by an identity document, or using one of the ranges of bank cards mentioned on the point of sale at the time of completion of the transaction.
Any payment is final and irrevocable for the Services considered; it can not give rise to reimbursement in case of default or breach of contract of the Service Provider, in the cases and conditions provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
The Service Provider may revise the prices of the Services at any time and without notice, the changes being valid only for future orders.
Article 8. - Provision of Ticket - Ticket Printing in PDF Format
8.1. Provision of the Ticket
Tickets purchased from the sales counters or sales counters of VISUAL and its representatives and to the vending machines or sales points of the Service Provider are delivered instantly.
When they are purchased on the Site, Tickets are immediately made available in PDF format; the Customer can then print them on the spot or later and, in any event, at the latest on the date of completion of the Services, as mentioned on each Ticket.
8.2. Ticket printing in PDF format
The Ticket purchased through the Site and delivered in PDF format will only be valid if it is printed on white, double-sided, white A4 paper, without changing the print size, in portrait (vertical) format with a laser printer or inkjet. It can not under any circumstances be presented on another medium and in particular on a screen.
The Customer must take care to make a good quality impression. In particular, Tickets that are partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible will not be accepted on board the Vehicles and Parc Astérix and will be considered invalid.
Article 9. - Use of Tickets - Date and Services
The Ticket must be presented to the driver on the coach (transport tickets) and to the agent at the entrance of Parc Astérix to be scanned (Parc Astérix entrance tickets). In case of complaint, this Ticket must be attached to the claim file.
Each Ticket is issued and valid only for the date and type of services provided by the Provider and Parc Astérix. It may not be accepted on board the Vehicles on a date or for a journey different from those it mentions and Parc Astérix for a date and services different from those it mentions. However, the date indicated at the time of purchase is modifiable, free of charge, until 17:00 the day before the realization of the Services (service available from Monday to Friday).
In any case, only the last Ticket printed by the Customer will be accepted on board the Vehicles.
Article 10. - Drivers
The Service Provider undertakes to ensure that the drivers of the Vehicles have an impeccable attitude and attitude throughout the journey.
They will be helpful to passengers traveling up or down the Vehicle, and will load or unload their luggage.
The driver is the representative of the Service Provider throughout the journey and the Customer undertakes to follow the instructions given to him by the driver, particularly in terms of safety.
Article 11. - Visiting Rules of Parc Astérix
The Customer must comply with Parc Astérix's by-laws, under penalty of expulsion by Parc Astérix agents and legal proceedings. The Customer alone assumes the consequences of non-compliance with this regulation.
Article 12. - Animals
For reasons of safety, hygiene and preservation, no animal, with the exception of guide dogs accompanying a person holding a disability card, will be transported and is admitted on Parc Astérix.
Article 13. - Baggage
The Service Provider will accept on board the vehicle only one suitcase of normal size per person transported, in addition to a travel bag of such size that it can be placed inside the Vehicle.
In addition, to be able to access Parc Astérix, Customers will have to leave their luggage at Parc Astérix's instructions.
In accordance with legal provisions and in particular the fight against terrorism, the Customer undertakes to submit to any request for the opening and control of his baggage on first requisition of the competent authorities, the Customer guaranteeing the Service Provider of any consequences that may result. of a dispute arising from this fact.
The Service Provider and the company GREVIN ET COMPAGNIE have taken out an insurance policy intended to compensate the Customer in case of loss, damage or theft of the baggage respectively during the duration of the transport and during the period of the consignment.
Article 14. - Liability
The Service Provider's Vehicles are insured for unlimited civil liability with respect to the safety of the Travelers transported, from the GENERALI insurance company (policy number AH 496 106).
Assurances guaranteeing assistance and repatriation are not included in the insurance relating to the security of the aforementioned Travelers, and must therefore be subscribed individually for each Traveler.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the Vehicle during transportation and Parc Astérix during its visit.
The Provider and the company GREVIN ET COMPAGNIE will not be liable for damages caused by fraud or the fault of the victim.
The Service Provider also declines any liability for damages (and in particular for delays, modifications or cancellation of the Services) resulting from the occurrence of a case of force majeure or any of the following circumstances, assimilated to force majeure:
- Atmospheric conditions that present a danger, in particular for automobile traffic (in particular: snow, ice, ice, flood, landslide),
- Fire,
- Disturbances in road traffic (bypass, traffic ban, accident, public events),
- Establishment of a security perimeter (especially in the event of a bomb alert or suspicious baggage) compromising the performance of the Services,
- Strike or lockout.
- Riots, state of war.
- Immobilization or requisition of the Service Provider's vehicles by the police or the customs or, more generally, by the public authorities.
The Service Provider will endeavor to implement the necessary means to mitigate these incidents.
All complaints must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Service Provider within seven (7) days following the date of completion of the Service. After the deadline and / or in case of non-compliance with the above form, no claim will not be taken into account by the Provider.
Article 15. - Operating conditions
In the event of total or partial cancellation or substantial modification of the Purchased Services, the Service Provider will inform the Customer as soon as possible, and will undertake any diligence likely to reduce the consequences for the Customer.
In addition, the departure and arrival times as well as the routes taken and the opening and closing hours of Parc Astérix are given as an indication; everything is done to ensure that they are respected.
In the event of events that jeopardize the security of the Clients (in particular: impracticable route, strike, etc.), the Services may be canceled, temporarily or permanently, until the day of the realization of these, and this, without any compensation for the benefit of the Customer, except for the refund of unused Tickets.
Article 16. - Regulations applicable to Transport
The transportation of the Travelers is done in compliance with the legislative and regulatory provisions currently in force. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to participate in the transport to any person whose conduct would be likely to affect the smooth conduct of transport and / or comfort and / or safety of other Travelers.
For its part, the Customer undertakes to comply with the rules posted inside the Vehicles and to refrain from any behavior that could compromise his safety, that of other Travelers and / or their comfort.
Minors must carry an ID.Children aged 16 until the age of majority may travel alone if they have a travel authorization alone duly completed and signed by their legal representative or guardian (example of authorization). Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Article 17. - Personal data
The personal data transmitted to the Service Provider by the Customer, in particular through the forms generated by the Site, are reserved for the exclusive use of the Provider and the Parc Astérix, exclusively for the purposes of the registration of the Services and for the publication of the Ticket.
They allow the Service Provider to manage the Customer's account or any other requests concerning the Services offered on the Site.
The Service Provider undertakes to implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data; it forbids any dissemination to third parties, except in a judicial framework.
However, the Customer declares to be perfectly familiar with the characteristics and constraints of the Internet. In particular, it recognizes that it is impossible to guarantee that data transmitted via the Internet will be 100% secure. The Service Provider can not be held responsible for any incidents that may arise from this transmission.
Finally, in application of the law of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms, the
Customer has a right to access, modify and delete personal data concerning him. He may exercise this right by writing, supporting documents of his identity in support, to

The Service Provider reserves the right to delete at any time certain data of the database constituted by the data thus transmitted, and to limit the number.
Article 18. - Evidence Agreement
By express agreement, the data coming from the computer system of the Service Provider or its partners constitute writings within the meaning of article 1316-1 of the Civil Code, the link between these data and the Party to which they are attached being presumed until contrary evidence.
They therefore prove to the Parties and are enforceable against them in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that has been written and signed in paper form by the Parties.
Article 19. - Revision of the present
The Service Provider may revise or update any of these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, the changes being valid only for future orders.
Article 20. - Application and opposability of the general conditions of sale
The Customer's purchase of the Services implies that he has first read these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and Parc Astérix's visit rules, that he has accepted them and agrees to comply with them. These Terms and Conditions and these rules of visit are freely available either at the sales counters or sales counters of the Service Provider and its representatives, either on the Site or at the above-mentioned sales points or with the drivers of the Vehicles and, as regards the rules for visiting Parc Astérix, also in its enclosure.
In the event of purchase on the Site, the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Parc Astérix's visit rules results from the fact that, for the Customer, the "I accept the terms and conditions of sale" button, which is displayed during of the buying process.
In all other cases, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Parc Astérix's rules of inspection result from the fact that the Customer must purchase and / or use the Ticket, it being understood that it is the Customer's responsibility to read it.
The Customer will support and guarantee the Service Provider and the company GREVIN ET COMPAGNIE all the consequences, including financial, of its non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the rules of the Parc Astérix.
Article 21. - Disputes
The interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale and Parc Astérix's visit regulations as well as any acts resulting therefrom are subject to French law.
Any dispute relating thereto shall be brought before the competent courts.
